„Šumadija granit“ started as a family business over 50 years ago and has been developing into a regional leader involved in stone trading and processing of granite and marble. Founded in the long tradition of stone masonry the company has been modeled over the years to combine traditional stone cutting skills with modern trends based on high production levels, reliability and quality

„Šumadija granit” represents the basis of trade and production capacity of Feranex Group.

The Group trades in raw block and processed stone. Raw blocks are imported from quarries situated all over the world providing variety of materials at competitive prices. Blocks arrive and are stored in the port stockyards of which the largest is Port of Feranex, at Smederevo (Serbia).

Part of the Group is the production plant situated in Banja Luka (BiH) which specializes in materials for monuments.
